The Philippian jailer asked Paul & Silas, “What must I do to be saved?” They responded, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved” (Acts 16:30-31).
We have all sinned against God (Romans 3:23). Everyone of us us have broken and violated the 10 commandments. Sin separates us from a Holy God. Therefore we all deserve death, and to be eternally punished and separated from God (Romans 6:23). God loved us so much that he sent his son to die for us, so we would not be banished from His presence for eternity. (John 3:16), (Romans 5:8). God promises forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who believe and receive Him. It is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ that you are saved. (John 5:24; Acts 16:31). Romans 10:13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Simply speak to him from your heart, repent for your sins, ask him to forgive your of your sins, and invite him to be Lord of your life. Trust Him fully with your life. Then go live for him and follow his ways. Jesus alone is the only true way to be saved and to be with God for eternity.
